Yes,I am a rare creature–a native Angeleno! I was born in the small L.A. suburb of Montebello and could not imagine living anywhere but Southern California. L.A. is truly home for me. I am a second generation American born Latino. My grandparents came here from Mexico to give their kids a better life. They were salt-of-the-earth people who worked hard to attain the American dream. My Grandfather Frank also served in World War II and I’m very proud of him. My parents continued their efforts to give my brother and me a better life.
I love the Southern California outdoor lifestyle. I love biking the Venice bike path and skiing our local mountains. I also grew up surfing and spent over forty five years enjoying that quintessential California sport. I also enjoy the rich cultural and entertainment opportunities here.
The Getty, LACMA, MOCA, the spectacular Disney Concert Hall, and all the other fine institutions make LA an exciting place. I also love music and concerts. I’ve seen shows at the Greek, Staples, So Fi Stadium, the Ford theater, Hollywood Bowl, Santa Monica Civic, the Coliseum, the Rose Bowl, and a ton of other L.A venues. From cruising PCH, catching a Lakers game at Staples Center, or catching some waves, there is always something to do here.

I started in real estate in 1986 at the tender age of 24. Believe me, it was no cakewalk. I started out with no contacts and my friends weren’t buying or selling real estate. But I stuck with it and learned the business. Real estate was really my first and only career choice. I’m fortunate to have found something I enjoy and excel at. I started in residential sales, and then about 20 years ago I transitioned to investment real estate
sales. It was the best decision of my real estate career. I really enjoy working with and helping investors. I have sold just about every type of property: Homes, condos, 2-4 units, larger multifamily buildings, land,
vacant lots, probate and trust sales, and commercial buildings. I have an extensive marketing plan to generate multiple offers on my investment listings. I also have a database of about 2500 apartment investors, developers, small lot subdividers, and rehab property investors that I send my listings to.
My main focus at this stage of my career is helping seniors who want to sell and retire from real estate. I also work with some Tax Planning experts that have several tax strategies form my sellers so they can eliminate their capital gains taxes and don’t have to write a big ole check to Uncle Sam when they finally sell
I take my responsibility to my sellers seriously and strive to be attentive and responsive to your calls and emails and to keep you informed during the listing and escrow process. I am an expert at rent control and dealing with tenants. I make sure your tenants have all of my contact info and am available to address their concerns. I’m not the kind of broker that relies and junior partners and assistants. I will be there personally for all inspections. I am married with two kids and a beagle and live in Westchester. I love living and working in Los Angeles and I look forward to working with you. Thank you very much
